The restaurant was facing several challenges:
- Strong Local Competition: the NYC burger scene is crowded with both chains and boutique spots, making differentiation difficult.
- Limited Brand Awareness: Despite great food and positive reviews, visibility outside of regular customers was low.
- Weekday Slumps: Traffic peaked on weekends, leaving weekday sales underutilized.
- Driving Online Engagement: The restaurant had minimal digital presence, limiting its ability to attract new customers online.
Strategy & Execution:
We designed and executed a multi-platform campaign combining Meta Ads and Google Ads to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversions:
- Geo-Targeting: Focused on audiences within a 5-mile radius of the restaurant, complemented by interest-based and behavioral targeting to effectively reach high-intent local diners.
- Creative Campaigns: Visually engaging content, including high-quality photos, AI-generated imagery, and short-videos showcasing signature burgers, behind-the-scenes shots of fresh ingredients, and limited-time offers.
- Full-Funnel Strategy: Implemented a full-funnel strategy combining awareness ads to highlight the brand and menu with retargeting ads directed at users who engaged with content or visited the website.
- Tracking: Set up conversion tracking for online reservations to measure campaign impact.
- Special Promotions: Introduced a “Weekday Burger Combo” deal and a store-only promo, advertised exclusively through Meta ads, to fill weekday traffic gaps.
- Google Ads: Launched Search and Display campaigns targeting high-intent keywords, ensuring the restaurant captured active search traffic.
